Winter concert shows off exceptional talent

The gymnasium was packed for an Elementary concert on Wednesday, Nov. 30. With a combination of classical Christmas music and a collection of funny Christmas

tunes, the concert featured something for everyone to enjoy.

The fifth grade band played “Traditional Medley” as well as a “Power Rock” to led the evening of entertainment. Songs from various cultures were included in the production including Mele Kalikimaka and Dominick the Italian Donkey, which featured soloists Kimberly Clarahan, Jax Weber, and Landyn Greiner.

More students were featured during “Nuttin’ for Christmas”, which included Jackson Vittetoe and Chase Haifley. The final solos of the evening were from Aiden McGuire, Megan Loper, Makala Baughman, Madison Scott and Emily Sheetz.

The kindergarten and sixth grade buddies finished with “What’s in the Stocking” before the finale of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” featuring the entire kindergarten through sixth grade. Art from the students was featured in the cafeteria during the production.
