New tables and chairs honor Bill Anderegg

Bill Anderegg loved the game of golf. He was part of the “Antique Roadshow” crew, which was of a group of men that would meet at 1 p.m. to golf. He and his wife, Joan, also enjoyed couples golf until health issues prevented them from playing.

When Bill passed away in early spring, the golf course guys were left with a void. A friend of Bill’s knew that he wanted to do something to honor Bill and his love for the game of golf.

Lifelong friend Kip Brees was unable to make it back for the funeral, and he knew that he wanted to make sure that Bill’s memory was left honored at the golf course for years to come.

Now there is always a spot for Bill under the shelter house at Lagos Acres, as there are four new tables and sets of chairs that were donated in his honor from Kip Brees and Susan Cahill.  For more of this story, pick up this week's Keota Eagle.
