The blustering wind didn’t stop the pancake lovers from heading to ST Mary’s last Sunday, February 24, 2019 for the Annual Keota QRS Fundraiser Breakfast.

With their freewill donation, patrons were served pancakes or waffles, sausage patties as big as a typical hamburger patty, eggs, and a beverage of coffee, juice or milk. In addition to the delicious breakfast, Keota folks had the chance to see the faces of those who so often come to our rescue, and perhaps deliver that personal thank you for being there at a scary time.

These volunteers can often make a huge difference with their quick response time and are often on the scene saving lives long before an ambulance can arrive.
