EagleRock! performs final show of the season

EagleRock! Show Choir performed their final show of the season on Wednesday, April 25.

Ending the season on a high note is usually the goal for many high school performance groups, especially at the end of the school year, and having so many talented students. That was the case with the EagleRock! Show Choir on Wednesday, April 25, as they performed their Spring Concert.

The night started with solos of songs from multiple genres from today and also past hits, as well as one from a popular musical. These selections were sung by: Anna Ackerman-Axume, Laurie Amos, June Daing, Marty Baker, Taylor Conrad, Jaydin Boer, Trey Carlson and Justin Moeller, Lexi Purkeypile, and Gracie McHugh.

Edwards presented a brief “commercial” while the students were getting situated to give the audience information on the Thirst fundraiser they are participating in. With Hat Day being held earlier that day, the group had raised around $300, which, Edwards mentioned, that the Elementary really likes to wear hats.
